Who we are
This website, kbbgo.co.uk, is run by KBB Go Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC895451). Our registered office is 15 Blairtummock Place, Glasgow, G33 4EN.
KBB Go Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email tommy@kbbgo.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
Founding 100 waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address and business name. People who joined before 16 October 2026 may also have given a mobile number.
We use this to send you KBB Go launch updates and to tell you when Founding 100 places open. Our lawful basis is consent: you asked to join the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing us, and we will stop.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we keep the email and our reply so we can deal with your enquiry.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process information only on our instructions:
- WP Engine hosts this website.
- Zoho provides the waitlist form and our email.
These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Pilot applications received before the pilot was withdrawn in October 2026: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after Founding 100 places close, whichever comes first.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We count visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own website, uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses. WordPress sets cookies only for people logged in to manage the site. The embedded waitlist form is provided by Zoho and may set cookies it needs to work. Our website font is stored on our own server, so loading the page does not send your details to a font provider.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, email tommy@kbbgo.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
